Bentonite is the hydrous clay mineral mainly based montmorillonite. Smectite chemical composition is: (Al2, Mg3) Si4O10 OH2 • nH2O, because it has a special property. Swellable, adhesion, adsorption, catalytic, thixotropic, suspension and cation exchange. It is widely used in various industrial fields, such as chemicals, feed, casting, fertilizer.
