4 Less wear and tear, convenient maintenance and environmental protection

 
Because the working roller does not directly contact the grinding disc, and the grinding roller and the liner are made of materials, it has a long service life and less wear.
 
The grinding roller can be turned out to the outside of the casing for maintenance. It is convenient and quick to replace the roller sleeve and the lining plate, with less downtime loss.
 
The vibration is small and the noise is low; the overall equipment is dense, the system works under negative pressure, no dust spills, the environment is clean, and it meets environmental protection requirements.
 


Grinding process


The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and at the same time, the wind enters the LUM ultra-fine vertical mill from the air inlet.

The material falls on the grinding disc through the feeding opening of the screw feeder. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves uniformly from the grinding disc to the edge. When passing through the area of ​​the grinding roller table on the grinding disc, the large pieces of material are crushed directly by the grinding rollers, and the fine-grained materials are squeezed to form a bed for inter-grain crushing.

The crushed material continues to move toward the edge of the grinding disc until it is taken away by the strong air current at the wind ring, and the larger particulate material falls again on the grinding disc to continue crushing. When the material in the air flow passes through the upper separator, it is in the rotor. Under the action of the blade, the coarse particles are returned to the grinding disc for grinding.

The qualified fine powder is ground out with the airflow and collected by the system's powder collector. The collected powder is the product of ultra-fine vertical grinding. When the iron and other impurities mixed with the material move to the edge of the grinding disc with the material, it cannot be blown up by the wind due to its heavy weight.

It falls to the lower cavity of the mill and is scraped by a scraper installed at the bottom of the disc into the slag outlet and discharged outside the machine. .
