Stone mill operation and maintenance

To make the stone mill operate good, we must strictly abide by the operation and maintenance procedures.

Before starting the stone mill, check whether the connecting bolt, gears, couplings are tightening;

Check whether the oil of the oil tank and the reducer is in the adequacy, and Whether the lubricating device and instrumentation have problems. Determines the flow of pipeline. Check whether there are ore to prevent the stone mill running. Check the ring gear and pinion gear case with or without abnormal noise.

The order start mill is: First start the ball stone mill oil pump. When the oil pressure reach 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg / cm2, it is allowed to start the stone mill, and then start the grading mill. All are functioning properly, then start grinding.

In operation, we must always pay attention to bearing temperature. The temperature shall not exceed 50 ~ 65. We also always pay attention to motors, voltage, current, temperature, sound, etc. And pay attention to lubrication system. The temperature of the oil tank shall not exceed 35 ~ 40 , the pressure to the pipeline should be maintained at 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg / cm2. Check the lubrication of transmission components such as gear, main bearing, grading mill reducer. Constantly pay attention to the change of nature of ore, and to take appropriate measures in a timely manner under the circumstances.

When stopping stone mill, First stop the feeder mill, then stop the stone mill until the ore has been dealt with. The last is pump. With grading mill screw lifting equipment to raise sand surface, and then stop grading mill.

This stone mill is horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This mill is grid type and its outside runs along gear. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling mill along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse , there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to make the material grinding and striking. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second ware house for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the end products are completed.
